SUMMARY
The Technical Sales Representative is responsible for promoting Hydraulic, Filtration, Hose Fittings, Pneumatics, Electromechanical and Automation products / complete sales products and solutions to exceed revenue and profit targets in the given territory.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service and Inside Sales SupportRespond to phone calls and emails in a professional manner.Support the Missasauga team.
External SalesExceed territory revenue and gross margin targets.Set territory goals focusing on solution selling and maximizing the value Wainbee brings to the customer, understanding their business, goals and challenges. Understand key territory markets and Wainbee products/solutions with the goal of developing markets/accounts.Schedule/participate in regular calls and maintain a close relationship with primary and complementary vendors.Analyze daily, monthly and quarterly pre-performances.Generate and manage qualified leads and opportunities.Prepare, understand and present project proposals.
AdministrativePrepare, understand and present project proposals.Follow up on quotes with the intention of converting the quote to an order.Keep CRM up to date with opportunities, activities, quote status and customer contact information.Ongoing training with the Quebec team, technique and system understanding.

REQUIREMENTS

Educational/ ExperienceEducation and experience requirementsCertificate/Diploma of Collegial Studies in a related discipline (technical and/or commercial preferably).Ideally 1-3 years in industrial sales, with experience in solution sales.Good written and verbal communication skills.Mastery of Office 365 and the ERP system.
