About the Role
In this role, you’ll own full-cycle recruitment for a range of positions across engineering, manufacturing, and operations. You’ll be expected to move beyond transactional recruiting, developing a strong understanding of technical roles, workforce planning needs, and the competitive talent landscape within industrial and clean technology sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering, manufacturing, and technical roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategies, and timelines
- Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates across specialized talent pools
- Source candidates through a mix of direct outreach, networking, and market research
- Screen and assess candidates for both technical alignment and cultural fit
- Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring challenges
- Ensure a structured, efficient, and positive candidate experience throughout the process
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, or other technical roles is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with industrial, energy, or hardware-focused environments is an asset
- Ability to understand and speak to technical roles (e.g., mechanical, electrical, systems, or production)
- Strong sourcing capability and comfort with proactive outreach
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
