In this role, you’ll be more than a salesperson—you’ll be a trusted advisor and product expert who builds lasting relationships and contributes to a high-performing, team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do- Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the vehicle buying process
- Provide knowledgeable, transparent, and professional advice on our full range of vehicles and services
- Answer questions and address concerns to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Build and maintain long-term relationships to generate repeat and referral business
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, pricing, features, and available services
- Deliver memorable vehicle handovers that exceed customer expectations
- Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure overall dealership success
- Perform additional duties as required
What You Bring- Valid OMVIC certification
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
- A self-motivated, results-driven mindset with a solid work ethic
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfort with technology and computer systems
- Experience with automotive software is an asset
