Overview
We are currently seeking a 310T certified mechanic to join our team in Rexdale area.
The position involves working in the shop with schedule 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 10:30 AM - 8:30 PM Monday to Friday, candidates can choose.
The successful candidate will have experience maintaining and repairing trucks, trailers, dump trucks. Background with excavators, skid steers, small engines, and cube vans in a fleet maintenance environment is an asset. The successful candidate will ideally have hydraulics experience, be able to weld, and perform diagnostic work. The shop does everything except body work. The team is currently 6 and growing with 14 working bays and 25,000 square feet in the facility. There are 200 units in the fleet currently, and the ideal candidate will be able to work on both trucks and miscellaneous heavy equipment. Preferably, the successful candidate will be able to perform field service work in company provided vehicle at customer sites in the area when needed.
Compensation $50-55 per hour for candidate that can perform entire scope of work. Also includes opportunity for overtime and RRSP match/benefits program.

Requirements
-310T certified
-Minimum 5 years experience working as heavy duty/commercial transport mechanic
-Valid G driver's license
-Able to work 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 10:30 AM - 8:30 PM Monday to Friday.
-Experience in hydraulics, welding, diagnostic work
-Background repairing trucks, trailers, dump trucks
-Experience with excavators, skid steers, small engines, cube vans an asset
-Able to pass company background check as condition of employment
-Must provide own tools
-Legally entitled to work for any employer in Canada
