Payroll & Benefits Clerk
Part-Time (21 hours)
The City of Revelstoke is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Payroll & Benefits Clerk to join our team. This role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employee groups, as well as the administration of a comprehensive benefits program. From bi-weekly payroll processing to year-end reporting and reconciliations, this position plays a critical role in ensuring compliance with legislation, collective agreements, and internal policies.
As a key support within both the Human Resources and Finance functions, you will work independently while collaborating with internal departments, employees, and external agencies. You’ll provide guidance on payroll and benefits matters, maintain sensitive and confidential information, and contribute to continuous improvements in payroll processes and systems.

Rate of pay: $34.27 - $38.30.
