The Role
In this role, you’ll be at the center of the patient journey — from initial assessment through ongoing support. You’ll work closely with individuals experiencing sleep-related concerns, guiding them through treatment options and helping them achieve lasting results.
You will:
• Conduct patient assessments and identify appropriate sleep therapy solutions
• Develop tailored care plans based on individual needs and clinical findings
• Set up and support CPAP and related therapies, ensuring patients feel confident and comfortable using their equipment
• Provide clear, supportive education to help patients understand their treatment and improve adherence
• Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless, coordinated care
• Monitor patient progress through follow-ups and adjust care plans as needed
• Support patients through funding, coverage, and insurance processes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within EMR systems
• Contribute to a positive clinic environment and support overall operations
• Educate patients on available products and services that support their therapy journey
What You Bring
• Active license in good standing as an RRT, RPSGT, CPSGT, RN, or LPN/RPN
• A strong patient-first approach with the ability to build trust quickly
• Confident communicator who can simplify clinical information for patients
• Ability to balance clinical care with education and product guidance
• Organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinic setting
• Experience with sleep therapy, CPAP, or respiratory care is an asset
• Familiarity with EMRs, virtual care tools, and Microsoft Office
• Additional language skills are considered an asset
