We are seeking a Scrum Master to support Agile delivery within an IT Operations environment. The Consultant will facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily scrums, sprint planning, retrospectives), support Product Owners with backlog refinement, prioritization, and squad formation, and use JIRA to assign, track, and align work with delivery timelines. The role will also involve coordinating with stakeholders to clarify requirements, providing regular project updates, supporting issue resolution through ServiceNow ITSM, and ensuring risks are identified early with mitigation plans in place to support successful delivery and adoption.

The ideal candidate will hold CSM or CSP certification (with Certified Agile Leader or KMP considered an asset), and have a minimum of 3+ years of Scrum Master experience leading multiple operational IT Scrum teams in an IT operations environment (e.g., incidents, patching, service requests). Strong working knowledge of JIRA and ServiceNow reporting/modules is required. Additional details: Submission deadline: 05/06/26, Start date: 27/07/26, Term: 1 year with a potential extension of 8 months, and Hybrid requirement: 12 days per month in Ottawa.
