About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Coordinator to support our warehouse operations and inventory management. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accurate handling, storage, and distribution of solar equipment.
The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming solar products and materials
- Prepare solar panels and related equipment for shipment or customer pick-up
- Perform sorting, packing, and shipping of inventory
- Assist with loading, unloading, and general handling of goods
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular inventory counts
- Update inventory and logistics information within internal systems
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and fulfill orders (non-sales role)
- Support distribution and order processing activities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a careful, methodical manner
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or inventory management is an asset
- Comfortable with manual work, including moving and handling solar materials
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems
- Forklift experience is an asset; training can be provided
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
