Your Role in Supporting Our Members:
As a Wealth Management Associate, you will work closely with assigned registrants such as Portfolio Managers to service and grow a book of members. This role plays a key part in delivering a high‑quality member experience by supporting day‑to‑day operations, administration, and client service while identifying opportunities for referrals and business growth. We are seeking a detail‑oriented, relationship‑focused professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about helping members achieve their financial goals.
This is a full‑time, temporary role based in Metro Vancouver and is a fully on‑site position. The role will report directly to the Manager VCIM.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Assisting with onboarding and servicing new and existing members while maintaining high service standards
- Handling incoming member inquiries by phone and email and coordinating with assigned registrants to fulfill requests
- Liaising with administration teams to initiate client forms and operational tasks
- Gathering and inputting client information for financial planning, estate planning, and insurance activities
- Maintaining accurate and timely client files and CRM records
- Identifying opportunities and initiating appropriate referrals to support business growth
- Applying organizational risk, compliance standards, policies, and procedures in all activities
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- Post‑secondary education in business, finance, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or a client‑facing administrative role
- Experience supporting advisors, portfolio managers, or sales professionals in a regulated environment
- Strong client service skills with the ability to manage multiple requests accurately and efficiently
- Working knowledge of CRM systems and client record management
- Understanding of compliance, risk management, and regulatory requirements in financial services

- Experience with financial planning, estate planning, or insurance documentation
- Exposure to sales support or business development activities in wealth management
- Progress toward or interest in industry certifications or designations

What You’ll Earn:
The salary band for this role is $69,700 to $86,100. Base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
