Temporary full-time position (non-unionized)
The incumbent is called upon to perform various operational and administrative tasks such as data entry in the appropriate financial software, filing of documents, equipment inventory and various tasks related to cheques and deposits. He/she will reconcile several general ledger accounts, not related to the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable modules.

Requirements: - Two-year college diploma in accounting;
- At least one year's relevant experience in a similar position;
- Experience with financial computer software, good knowledge of Microsoft software (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to communicate easily in French and English (verbally and in writing);
- Possess a valid driver's license and a car to take the deposit to the bank on occasion;
- Ability to work under little supervision and within the required timeframe;
- Be flexible and able to work in an environment of change;
- Ability to work as part of a team.
A criminal record check must be provided upon hiring only (dated no longer than three months prior to the date when it has been requested) and is a condition of employment.
