Price and source materials required for jobs
Communicate clearly with customers and office staff

Required Skills & ExperienceApplicants should demonstrate above-average competence in at least three (3) of the following areas:
Rough and finish carpentry
Drywall and painting
Minor electrical and/or plumbing
Flooring installation
Tiling
Remodeling
Residential and commercial maintenance
Qualifications 8+ years of relevant industry experience
Strong knowledge of building codes and material management
A valid drivers license
A reliable truck or van
Your own basic construction tools
A smartphone for communication and scheduling
Strong problem-solving skills
The ability to work independently
Excellent organization and customer service skills
Willingness to complete annual criminal background checks
