Vos responsabilits :
- Soutien aux entrepreneurs : Aider les clients et professionnels du HVAC dans l'achat de thermopompes et de matriel de rechange.
- Logistique : Grer efficacement la rception et l'expdition des marchandises (Shipping/Receiving).
- Gestion d'inventaire : Maintenir l'entrept organis, propre et scuritaire.
- Service client : Offrir un service professionnel et courtois au comptoir et par tlphone.
Exigences et comptences :
- Certification : Permis/certificat de conduite de chariot lvateur valide (Essentiel).
- Bilinguisme : Excellente capacit servir les clients en franais et en anglais (oral et crit).
- Informatique : Comptences de base en informatique et aisance avec les systmes de gestion de stocks (un grand atout).
- Exprience : Exprience pralable en entrept, logistique ou dans le domaine du HVAC (un atout majeur).
- Condition physique : Capacit soulever des charges allant jusqu' 100 lb (avec aide ou quipement appropri).
- Profil recherch : Fiabilit, ponctualit, dbrouillardise et un grand esprit d'quipe.

Bilingual Warehouse & Counter Sales Support Clerk (HVAC)

Schedule: Monday to Friday | Store Hours: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

What You'll Do:
- Contractor Support: Assist HVAC professionals and contractors with product selection, parts, and purchases.
- Logistics: Oversee and execute daily shipping and receiving operations.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse and overflow environment.
- Customer Service: Provide high-quality, professional service at the sales counter and over the phone.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Forklift Certification: Valid forklift operator license (Must-have).
- Bilingualism: Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken) to assist our diverse clientele.
- Computer Literacy: Comfortable using computers and inventory management systems (highly appreciated).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience; knowledge of the HVAC industry is a strong asset.
- Physical Ability: Must be capable of lifting up to 100 lbs (assisted or with appropriate equipment).
- Attributes: Punctual, organized, proactive, and a strong team player.
