We partner with hundreds of imaging clinics and hospital imaging departments across Ontario, helping technologists find roles that align with their career goals and lifestyle—always at no cost to candidates.
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Echo Technologist to join our growing private clinic in the Heart of Whitby. As a vital member of our diagnostic team, you will perform high-quality adult echocardiograms (and pediatric, if qualified) to assist our cardiologists in the diagnosis and management of cardiovascular disease.

- Patient Care: Explain procedures to patients to reduce anxiety, obtain relevant clinical history, and ensure patient safety throughout the exam.
- Preliminary Reporting: Prepare technical findings and preliminary reports for the interpreting Physician/Cardiologist, highlighting critical findings or urgent pathologies.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure ultrasound equipment is calibrated, clean, and functioning optimally; troubleshoot or report technical issues promptly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our administrative staff and on-site physicians to maintain a smooth clinic workflow and high standards of patient care.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program specializing in Cardiac Sonography.
- Credentials: * Active registration with CSONO (College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario - CMRITO) is mandatory.
- Experienced ECHO technologist to help during summer vacations (July & August). At quick glance, it looks like it could be at least 3-4 days per week at least for both months.
