Tasks

Perform minor repairs and adjustments to equipmentPush carts, trucks or cans of fibres from one work area to anotherOperate a variety of machines to bleach, dye, coat or finish fabric, thread, yarn or other textile productsNotify supervisor or mechanic of equipment malfunctionsExamine products for defects to ensure adherence to quality standardsClean machines and immediate work areasOperate and feed a variety of machinesSet up, maintain and make minor repairs to machineryAssist machine operators and other textile workers as required
