City Manager
The City Manager leads an entrepreneurial, community-grounded and complex public-sector organization. Accountable to City Council, the City Manager reflects a truly collaborative approach to leading the strategies, business plans, programs and services that support Council and community priorities. The City Manager directs and reinforces the value system of the organization by effectively leading the senior management team and by advancing inter-departmental cooperation and encouraging new and innovative approaches that are grounded in data, evidence, and community needs.

The targeted salary range for this position is $320,000 – $378,000 annually, supplemented by a competitive total rewards package.
