City Manager
The City Manager leads an entrepreneurial, community-grounded and complex public-sector organization. Accountable to City Council, the City Manager reflects a truly collaborative approach to leading the strategies, business plans, programs and services that support Council and community priorities. The City Manager directs and reinforces the value system of the organization by effectively leading the senior management team and by advancing inter-departmental cooperation and encouraging new and innovative approaches that are grounded in data, evidence, and community needs.
With ongoing growth on the horizon, a highly diverse and successful economic base, and a newly endorsed OCP, the City Manager has a fantastic opportunity to work off an exceptionally strong foundation to start delivering on an array of projects and priorities.

Vision-oriented with strong interpersonal skills, the candidate brings a genuine belief in the value of community engagement and building for the future. The successful candidate brings credibility and demonstrated experience working effectively with elected officials, high performing staff and external constituents. The City Manager possesses considerable experience working with a wide range of partner groups to implement innovative initiatives and can move from consultation to results in an inclusive and decisive way.
The targeted salary range for this position is $320,000 – $378,000 annually, supplemented by a competitive total rewards package.
