Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in business analysis and Organizational Change Management (OCM) to support business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business stakeholders to gather and document business and functional requirements.
Analyze current business processes and recommend effective solutions.
Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for project teams.
Support Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities, including impact assessments, communication planning, training coordination, and stakeholder readiness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution implementation and user adoption.
Monitor project progress and help ensure business objectives are achieved.

Required Skills:

Strong experience in business requirements gathering and documentation.
Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship management skills.
Solid understanding of business process analysis and improvement.
Experience supporting Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives.
Ability to work effectively with business and technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
