What's in It for You? $20.00-$23.00/hour (based on experience) Full-time, long-term opportunity Monday to Friday schedule Opportunity for permanent hire Benefits upon permanent hire, including: Extended Health Dental Casual dress environment On-site parking Clean, organized warehouse with a supportive team Job Duties Operate Counterbalance, Raymond Reach, and Crown Reach forklifts Load, unload, and move products safely throughout the warehouse Pick, pack, wrap, label, and prepare orders for shipment Receive, organize, and store inventory Complete inventory counts and maintain accurate records Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all Health Safety procedures Perform general warehouse duties as required Requirements Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience Minimum 1 year of recent experience operating ALL of the following forklifts: Counterbalance Raymond Reach Crown Reach Valid forklift certification Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Reliable transportation to Guelph Strong attention to detail Excellent attendance and reliability Able to work independently and in a team environment Please note: Experience operating Counterbalance, Raymond Reach, and Crown Reach forklifts is mandatory.
