About the Company
Our client is making continuous hormone monitoring possible through its flagship instant hormone-monitoring platform — delivering results from saliva to a mobile app. Developed over six years of R&D and more than 2,000 product iterations, the platform turns hormones into measurable, trackable signals for stress, endurance, sleep, and more. The team is roughly 25 full-time employees plus around a dozen contractors and advisors, scaling a regulated physical product shipped direct-to-consumer across Canada and the US.
Founded 2019 · ~25 FTE (Series A) · Industry: Healthcare / consumer health hardware
The Role
The client ships a regulated physical product across borders and is scaling fast. The SCM & Fulfillment Lead owns everything between the client's suppliers and its customers' doorsteps — sourcing, procurement, inventory, logistics, and order fulfillment — including the complexity of Canada-to-US cross-border shipping and customs. It's an individual-contributor role today, with a clear pathway to build and lead the full operations function over time.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of supply-chain and fulfillment ownership (physical product)
- Cross-border Canada-to-US shipping and customs experience
- A regulated consumer-product background (health, food, skincare, or diagnostics)
- Startup or high-agility environment experience, building from scratch
- On-site in Montréal, five days a week (startup hours)
- An engineering or technical background (a strong plus)
Nice to Haves
- Startup experience in a scaling physical-product company
- D2C experience in a regulated or quasi-regulated space
- An engineering or technical background paired with supply-chain experience
- Values alignment: grit, openness, purpose, ownership, and first-principles thinking
- Early-stage experience at a consumer-health wearable or adjacent hardware company
Why Join
- Own it end to end: sole owner of everything between suppliers and customers' doorsteps — procurement, inventory, logistics, cross-border, and fulfillment — with no established playbook to inherit
- A clear path to Head of Operations: an IC role today reporting directly to the founder, positioned to build and lead the full operations function
- Regulated hardware at a scaling stage: a Series A consumer-health product where supply chain is a core competitive lever, not a back-office function
