Job details • Location: Winnipeg • Work location: On site • Salary: 24.00 hourly / 40 hours per week • Terms of employment: Permanent ; Employment: Full time • Early morning, Evening, Morning, Day, Weekend • Starts as soon as possible • Vacancies: 1 vacancy Overview Languages English Education • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate • or equivalent experience Experience 1 to less than 7 months On site Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities Tasks • Inspect, measure and mark surfaces to be covered • Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements • Measure, cut and fasten underlay and underpadding • Measure, cut and install carpeting on floors • Measure, cut and install resilient floor coverings • Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings • Prepare floors for installations • Remove existing floor coverings and contaminants Additional information Work conditions and physical capabilities • Physically demanding • Bending, crouching, kneeling Personal suitability • Judgement • Organized • Team player Who can apply for this job?
