Summary:
- Reporting to the National Warehouse Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for the maintenance, refurbishment and programming of ATM's to be deployed onto the field and in-house stored.
- Also, review condition of ATM's returned from the field and performs tasks to refurbish for redeployment, you will be responsible to maintain a clean and organized work area and warehouse overall.
- This position requires an individual that can work with minimal supervision, flexible, strong attention to detail and team player.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Staging and programming a wide variety of ATM's to be installed in the field. This includes brands such as Triton, Hyosung, Client, Wincor and Diebold.
- Inspect all ATM's that return from the field, ensure programming have been reset to factory settings.
- Clean and refurbish all ATM's, have them ready for redeployment
- As required fill ATM pull sheet and Credit notes
- Ensure proper documentation is kept on file and on every machine.
- Maintain preparation "prep” area clean and organized
- Put away machines that have been received and processed, ensure proper labelling is on every machine.
- Participate in Inventory Counts
- Maintain Procedure Manuals for ATM terminals
- Pick Pack orders as required
- Cross train in other warehouse positions
