The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to the Chief Revenue Officer, with a focus on leading the day-to-day operations and driving the business's growth in scale and complexity. This role is pivotal in sustaining the strong growth trajectory, deepening integration, and cross-selling across the portfolio. The SVP/GM will also be responsible for shaping and commercializing the company's AI-enabled product portfolio, particularly in the areas of AI-powered care coordination and decision support. Key responsibilities include setting the strategic vision, owning P&L performance, and managing the business against EBITDA margin targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading complex, multi-product SaaS organizations within the healthcare sector, with a strong emphasis on AI and emerging technology solutions. Candidates for this role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience as a business or P&L leader, with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and an advanced degree such as an MBA preferred.
