The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of the company's various business lines, including land development, residential construction, retail and e-commerce, and mortgage holding. This role is pivotal in holding the financial picture of the organization together and requires a strategic thinker who can partner with the CEO to model and scenario-plan bold, ambitious ideas. The VP will also be involved in budget management, capital planning, and providing strategic oversight of the ReStore operations, which is a significant social enterprise for the company. Applicants must have a CPA designation and a minimum of 10 years' of progressive senior financial leadership experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in retail, construction, real estate development, or similar multi-business-line operational environments.
