The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing software engineering, quality assurance, and systems administration, with a focus on evolving the engineering operating model to include AI-enabled software development. This role requires a leader who can partner with the CTO, product management, and business leaders to prioritize engineering initiatives and ensure the technical strategy aligns with business objectives. The VP, Engineering will also be tasked with modernizing software quality practices, establishing engineering performance metrics, and leading the adoption of AI and automation across the development lifecycle.
