Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity Moneris is seeking a Senior Manager, Quality Assurance to shape the future of our software quality standards. You will lead QA within a dynamic organization committed to delivering innovative technology solutions and high performing platforms that power payments, with a focus on enhancing our QA strategies and teams to redefine the benchmarks for quality in Software Development. Location: You will be based in our Toronto office and will work in a Hybrid model. Reporting Relationship: You will report to Shem Ali - SVP, Emerging Solutions Your Moneris Career - What you'll do You will lead the Quality Assurance teams, providing guidance, mentorship and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Develop and implement QA strategies to enhance product quality, reduce bugs, and streamline testing processes through automation, while driving the long-term vision for QA. Interface with business, product, and development teams to understand product vision and requirements. Oversee the development of processes for consistency in QA activities across multiple technology stacks that align with industry best practices. Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and balance requirements, technical constraints, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with product development, engineering, and business teams to understand product roadmaps, requirements, and ensure efficient testing processes are in place. Establish goals for QA processes and teams, providing regular reports to Senior Leadership. Your Moneris Career - What you bring Bachelor's degree required; or equivalent work experience. Minimum 7 years of experience with applications testing 3+ years experience leading QA teams Experience leading and inspiring teams, fostering an environment focused on collaboration and achievement.
