Est en constante communication avec les autres membres de l’équipe de gestionnaires du centre de distribution, dans le but de maintenir un niveau de gestion efficace et uniforme. Supervise, organise et contrôle les activités de réception des marchandises (cédule, déchargement, entreposage, etc.). Exigences du poste: DEC en administration combiné à trois (3) années d'expérience dans la distribution. Toute combinaison de scolarité et d'expérience appropriée sera prise en considération. Under the responsibility of the Operations Manager, the Warehouse Operations Supervisor is responsible for optimizing the daily operating activities of his sector, while considering the well-being of staff, customer satisfaction as well as objectives of the distribution center. Responsibilities: Responsible for unionized employees Daily plans the workforce needs of its sector Ensures the accuracy and quality of the day-to-day operations of workers in his sector. Ensures compliance with standards, policies and productivity requirements in force in its sector. Ensures that day-to-day operations are carried out in accordance with OHS standards and the company’s loss prevention program. Ensures, by his presence on the floor, to obtain a work performance expected from unionized workers. Is in constant communication with the other members of the distribution center management team, to maintain an efficient and consistent level of management. Make sure to maintain good relations with employees. Facilitates weekly OSH and operations meetings. Supervises, organizes and controls goods reception activities (schedule, unloading, storage, etc.). Job requirements: DEC in administration combined with three (3) years of experience in distribution.
