Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: $113 626 to $126 243
Travel: This position requires travel to Niagara and Cornwall (once a month).

Your responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries for HR policies and procedures, terms of the collective agreement and conditions of employment.
- Collaborate with leaders on complex case management including, complain/grievance resolution, work plans and accommodation solutions and overall employee engagement.
- Assist leaders to define their organizational requirements, workforce and succession planning, talent identification, performance management, training and development strategies.
- Enable the effective diagnosis of operational and strategic issues and develop effective solutions and actions for disability, performance and development.
- Coach leaders to assess impacts of change with various stakeholders and develop effective change management plans.
- Provide strategic input and support for the development and implementation of programs.
Your profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Relations or Human Resources Management
- A minimum of eight (8) years experience in human resource in a consulting role at strategic and operational levels, as well as in coaching.
- Working knowledge of several disciplines related to human resources in a unionized environment, including labor relations, disability, performance management and discipline, as well as knowledge of federal and provincial employment laws.
- Certified Human Resources Professional Designation - CRHA
- Proficient in French and English, verbal and written, in order to communicate with teams located in Québec and Ontario.
