Job Description
FLINT is seeking Journeyperson Pipefitters with plant maintenance experience for a long-term maintenance position in Montney, BC, starting this November. In this position, you will enjoy a 14 days on/14 days off schedule, 12-hour workdays on an averaging arrangement, camp accommodations, hourly rate of $51.26, Mobilization and De-Mobilization compensation, double time for overtime hours worked, and benefits after 300+ hours worked.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ maintenance experience in a plant.
- Valid Journeyperson Steamfitter-Pipefitter certificate/ticket.
- Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
- H2S Alive
- Common Safety Orientation (CSO)
- Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG)
- Standard First Aid
- WHMIS
- Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
- Must have own reliable transportation to site.
- Valid driver’s license and clean 5-year Driver’s Abstract with under 6 demerits.
Additional Information
This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
