Come join Enbridge’s Projects team today! #joinourteam What You Will Do: Prepare capital cost estimates including contingencies, market escalation, cash flow, and benchmarks to support future project economic evaluation. Create multiple estimates simultaneously through the standardized internal estimating process. Present and defend estimate and its basis to internal partners and Sr Management. Support various cost engineering reports and special studies using scientific principles and techniques, while ensuring the quality of inputs and outputs. Provide support and input for Cost Estimating Tool updates due to standard changes, industry practices and recent project experience. Liaise with other departments including supply chain, cost control, and area managers to ensure effective and accurate cost information is being used in the estimates. Who You Are: Degree, diploma or certification or a combination of experience and education will be considered. Minimum of seven years of meaningful experience. Note for candidates who do not possess a university degree, an additional 3 years of related experience is required. Preference will be given to applicants with cost estimating backgrounds. Strong computing skills including proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access). Ability to demonstrate initiative, problem-solving, and decision-making within scope of responsibility. Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at all levels across the company. Well-developed prioritization, time management and multi-tasking skills.
