Throughout my career, I have demonstrated strong proficiency with HR technology, including Workday, SmartRecruiters, SharePoint, PeopleFluent, and Tableau. I am passionate about data-driven decision-making and process optimization, and I am always looking for ways to make HR operations more efficient and impactful. I am currently expanding my technical expertise by pursuing the Google Data Analytics certification, and I have also completed the Excel Skills for Business Specialization to further enhance my analytical capabilities.
