Integrity Home Health Services (IHHS) is seeking a dynamic and motivated bilingual Director of Operations to oversee and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and efficiency of operations at our branches. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with upper management, Branch Managers, and Client Care Coordinators to implement strategies, evaluate workflows, and support team development across all branches.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training for staff while supervising and mentoring office teams to ensure consistent processes, motivation, and adherence to company standards across branches.

Conduct site visits and office reviews to address workflow issues and implement improvements.

Evaluate staff performance, address issues, and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Foster strong relationships with staff and management to maintain a cohesive, supportive team environment.

Skills & Requirements

Education and Experience:

Post-secondary training in a related field.
Minimum two years of office management experience.
Bilingual essential
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
Knowledge of home health care is an asset.
Experience in Coaching and public speaking

Working Environment:

Must be available to travel to all branch locations across New Brunswick, occasionally on short notice, with overnight travel required at times.
Evening and weekend availability may be required for urgent matters.
Ability to manage stressful situations effectively.
