Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Tester who will also support Business Analyst (BA) functions. This hybrid role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about ensuring high-quality software solutions while contributing to business process improvements. The successful candidate will work closely with our project managers, developers, and clients to deliver robust Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts for Salesforce implementations.
Identify, document, and track software defects and ensure their resolution.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements.
Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and support end-users during the UAT phase.
Provide feedback on application usability and suggest improvements.
Support project teams in troubleshooting and resolving issues.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or other related field.
Proven experience in QA testing, preferably within Salesforce or CRM environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with business analysis, including requirement gathering and documentation.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

Salesforce experience.
Experience with test automation tools.
Knowledge of government and home care industry requirements.

What We Offer:

Starting salary is $65,000 - $75,000.
