Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of data-driven projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
- Oversee data integration, migration, and analytics projects, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Leverage expertise in data management and governance to address project challenges and risks.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum practices to ensure efficient team collaboration and delivery.
- Utilize Wealth Management knowledge (if applicable) to align projects with industry best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation within project delivery.
Qualifications And Skills
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with a strong focus on data projects.
- Solid understanding of data management, integration, and analytics concepts.
- Experience in Wealth Management or financial services is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, or similar).
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
