This individual will also be responsible for managing IT infrastructure operations and Enhanced File Transfer (EFT) systems If you have expertise in cloud cost management and Infrastructure operations management and this is a superb opportunity for you! Who you are: FinOps Planning & Governance: Design and develop key FinOps strategies around cloud cost governance and compliance Engage with application teams and platform engineers to identify and implement cost optimizations strategies Lead development of dashboards to provide users with an analytical view of services data for cost-of-service and capacity planning. Develop cloud budgets and annual spend forecasts; Work with Enterprise Planning team to improve Cloud cost forecasting Lead managed service support teams in cloud policy creation and implementing automation optimization strategies. Work with our cloud vendor(s) to understand on-going costs and work with them on optimization efforts Present monthly/quarterly cloud cost financial updates to executive level audiences Operations Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a technical team responsible for IT infrastructure operations, including servers, networking, storage, and cloud environments especially Enhanced File Transfer (EFT) systems Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring systems are stable, secure, and meeting performance benchmarks. Provide leadership to the technical team and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests. Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize infrastructure performance, scalability, and availability. Collaborate with stakeholders to plan infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and new EFT systems implementations. What you will do: Minimum 6+ years’ experience working in IT and business teams Demonstrated strategic thinking and governance development of FinOps Programs Experience in Business Analytics, IT Finance / in cloud expense management Experience managing cost in cloud infrastructure environments (e.g Azure, AWS). Solid knowledge of ITIL frameworks for incident, change, and problem management. Understanding of secure file transfer methods and networking protocols.
