We're seeking a detail-oriented Retail Logistics Associate to support our rapidly growing retail business. In this role, you'll manage the end-to-end logistics process for our retail partners, ensuring smooth operations and optimal inventory management. You'll work closely with our operations, sales, and external partners to drive operational excellence in our retail channel.
This is a full time, in-person/hybrid role (3 days in office p/w on average) based in Tribeca, NYC.
As Retail Logistics Associate, you'll:
- Own the order-to-cash process for retail partners, including PO management, EDI coordination, and inventory tracking
- Work cross functionally with the sales team, IT team, and demand planning team. Specific topics include: order accuracy, inventory needs/positioning, analyzing actuals v forecast, ERP/EDI processing, and troubleshooting for potential risks/future process improvement
- Communicate partner or PO specific call outs/concerns to proper teams internally and externally by tracking and reporting key logistics metrics including fill rates, on-time delivery, po status, and inventory allocation
- Work with 3PL to ensure vendor compliance and that all orders are shipped/delivered on time and in full while adhering to individual retailer routing and labeling requirements
- Manage inventory information in WMS, ERP, and internal databases while troubleshooting discrepancies and reconciliations within WMS/ERP
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in retail logistics, supply chain, or retail operations
- Food industry experience is a bonus
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel
- Experience using ERP, WMS, and EDI is preferred
- (SPS Commerce and Business Central Dynamics is an extra plus!)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Magic Spoon intends to offer competitive base pay within the stated range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications. To further compensate and recognize our employees for their work, our total compensation package includes equity and a robust benefits package. The anticipated annual base salary range for this role is $60,000 - $75,000.
