Position Overview
The City of Saint John is seeking to recruit a highly skilled, team orientated and motivated Skilled Worker (Parks & Recreation) to join our Transportation & Public Works Services team. The incumbent will work in a multi-facetted department responsible for maintaining various outdoor and indoor facilities as well as trees, parks, horticultural gardens and landscape construction.
Essential Qualifications
Applicants must possess a diploma in Arboriculture or be a Certified Arborist. The aptitude to learn and to adapt to new workplace technologies and the ability to develop in the municipal public service is essential. A valid Class 5 Driver’s License is required for the position.
