Job Title: Recruiter - Volume Hiring

Job Summary:
Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume hiring needs in a fast-paced BPS environment. The role requires a results-driven individual who can source, screen, and hire candidates to meet the staffing demands of the organization while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and recruitment drives to source high volumes of qualified candidates.
- Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit for the role.
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule interviews and assessments between candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate updates to candidates promptly to maintain engagement.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience by coordinating with HR and operations teams.
- Represent the company positively during recruitment events, job fairs, and online platforms.
- Promote the company culture and values to attract the right talent.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in high-volume hiring or the BPS industry.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS platforms.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of employment laws and hiring practices.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
