Skills And Competencies
- Experience using reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience using data Analytics tools such as Alteryx or similar.
- Experience with Salesforce.com CRM or similar system strongly preferred, including a thorough understanding of data structures and hierarchies.
- Strong communication skills: confident interacting with business stakeholders and managing their expectations.
- Analytical, logical and strategic thinker, able to structure and communicate ideas clearly.

Responsibilities
As a member of the Sales Analytics Reporting Team the Analyst is responsible for:
- Performance Reporting : Ensuring that the sales performance reports and management reports in Tableau and PowerBI are complete and accurate on a daily basis and build enhancements of these reports or additional new reports as per business needs.
- Case Management: Providing excellent customer service to the sales team, leveraging case management software to implement changes and respond to queries
In Addition, The Successful Candidate May
- Contribute to projects related to process automation and ad-hoc report development.
- Use the different technologies such as Alteryx, PowerBI, Tableau to improve existing processes across Sales Analytics and Sales Organization
- Work with others in the broader Sales Analytics department to develop analysis and reporting for their needs.
- Participate on cross-functional teams within MA on system enhancement initiatives or new business acquisitions as needed.
- We are seeking a detail-focused team player who will uphold and promote consistent and scalable reporting processes while partnering closely with Sales Team and Sales Analytics team across regions.
About The Team & Program
The Sales Analytics department of Moody’s is responsible for controlling and operating the variable compensation program for the MA Global Sales Team. This includes assigning credit for transactions to sales professionals, calculating commission payments, and reporting results. This is achieved by using and maintaining a Sales Performance Management (SPM) system in conjunction with Salesforce.com CRM system, and by partnering closely with Sales reps and managers.
The ideal candidate will be adaptable and be able to respond quickly to our constantly changing and growing business environment. To be successful in this role the candidate will need to possess a thorough understanding of reporting tools such as Tableau/PowerBI and data flow between the CRM system and reporting platforms to impact the reporting requirements of Sales analytics and the broader sales organization.
