What will you do: Work closely with VP Enterprise Asset & Work Management (EAWM), and his director level team members in providing a broad range of administrative support. Monitor and assist with Outlook, including handling calendars, travel, scheduling business meetings, vendor management and proactively addressing any conflicts. Maintains organization charts, contact lists, e-mail distribution lists, headcount reconciliation reports, service award records and reconciles expense reports. Assist with special projects, research, data gathering, report preparation, and general administrative tasks to ensure meeting readiness. Manage correspondence, filing, various assignments and general administrative duties as required. Assists in the preparation and maintenance of the annual budget, as requested. Lead all aspects of end-to-end event planning including both in-person and virtual. Maintain strong professional relationships and serve as a key contact for internal and external partners. Administers and maintains confidential and customer sensitive information ensuring adherence to all required confidentiality controls and measures. Who You Are Post-secondary graduate in related program and/or equivalent work experience required. Minimum 5 years of senior administrative experience. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, proven work ethic, attention to detail, flexibility with outstanding follow-through and follow-up Ability to think one step ahead, set priorities, organize workload and thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent judgment, exemplary interpersonal skills; respectful of proper corporate protocols and ability to deal with confidential material in a professional manner High level of initiative/self-direction, with the capability to perform well under pressure while working independently and in a team environment Sophisticated digital literacy, including MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Oracle) and demonstrated ability to stay up to date with advancements in office applications Strong skills for numbers is an asset Event planning and coordination experience is highly desired Flex-Work: Enbridge provides competitive workplace programs that differentiate us and offer flexibility to our team members.
