Being a student-centered institution, our mandate is to offer in-demand programs with excellent employment outcomes, to which we have now expanded our offerings to include programs in Health Sciences.
Essential Job Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Perform general administrative duties.
- Facilitate communication within the college.
- Wide range of data entries into different various databases.
- Maintain an efficient and effective record-keeping system.
- Ensure the orderliness of the reception area at all times.
- Assist in various administrative processes.
- The employee will perform any duties that are reasonable and that are customarily performed by a person holding a similar position in the industry.
- Interpret and troubleshoot student accounts.
- Promptly respond to all methods of student queries;
- Collaborate with other departments through updates and reporting.
- The employee will keep a respectful atmosphere in the workplace with students, coworkers, and staff at the college.
- The employee will not indulge in any business which will result in a conflict of interest with the institution.
Education And Skills Requirements
- Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration and other related fields.
- At least 1-2 years of work experience as a Receptionist/ Office Administrator
- Having experience in a college setting is a valuable asset.
- Results-driven and self-motivated.
- Detail-oriented and with excellent accuracy skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Sharp listening skills and critical thinking.
- Exceptional verbal and written communications.
- Must have sensitivity and ability to successfully interact with diverse populations.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Committed to quality and a thorough approach to the work.
- Exceptional skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional typing skills.
