Job Description:
A Business Analyst with expertise in Loan IQ or commercial lending plays a pivotal role in optimizing loan operations and ensuring seamless integration of loan management systems within financial institutions. The key responsibilities and qualifications for this role include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Loan IQ Optimization: Enhance the utilization of Loan IQ for banking operations by configuring the system to meet business requirements and improve efficiency.
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, ensuring clear communication between technical and non-technical teams.
- System Configuration: Implement configuration changes in Loan IQ and work closely with quality assurance teams to validate these changes.
- Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans and scripts to ensure system enhancements meet business needs and maintain system integrity.
- End-User Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they understand system functionalities and processes.
Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 7+ years in business analysis within the commercial lending space, with specific experience in Loan IQ configuration and optimization.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Loan IQ product configuration and commercial lending business processes.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex business problems, provide solutions, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and test plans.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Educational Background: A degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field is often preferred.
This role is integral in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that loan management systems like Loan IQ are effectively utilized to support the organization's lending operations.
