The Role

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to support our Executive Managing Director, Americas (EMD). At Survitec, we are currently recruiting for a Business Support Executive Assistant to join our Marine team in a hybrid work environment based in sunny Miramar.
Key responsibilities for the Business Support Executive Assistant role include but are not limited to:
Administrative Support
- Provide extensive calendar management and ensure prioritization of requests.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and regional event planning.
- Prepare documents, presentations, and materials from various sources to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
- Liaise with internal and external clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to optimize the EMD’s time and support leadership initiatives.
- Organize meetings, events, and public appearances, ensuring all logistical details are handled.
- Attend and take minutes in meetings, managing action and decision logs, and preparing agendas for leadership sessions.
Business Support
- Manage assigned business projects with minimal oversight, reporting progress to the EMD.
- Maintain a status overview of our 3rd-party service station network, coordinating agreements, renewals, and cancellations.
- Liaise with legal, sales, and OEM teams to ensure seamless service station agreements and updates.
- Lead the introduction and cancellation of 3rd-party service stations, ensuring all processes are followed and approved.

About You
Essential criteria:
- Strong planning, prioritization, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks without missing deadlines.
- Ability to execute business plans autonomously, maintaining confidentiality.
- University degree or equivalent vocational experience.
- Experience in business management or executive administration, preferably in aviation, marine, automotive, or other highly regulated industries.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Desirable
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
