- Customer Success Coordinator
- Duration: through FY (6/30/25)
- Pay Range: $24.32 - $37.86 Hourly
Job Description:
Hybrid - Toronto (at least 2 days a week - Flexible)
Ext - TBD, possible
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate internally with project team members and operational partners to identify account targeting parameters and target account lists
• Review customer usage, account health and/or other account engagement indicators to identify and qualify candidates for proactive outreach
• Proactively reach out to customer account contacts to share and/or invite them to participate in Scaled Customer Success Programs
• Adhere to all internal policies and external regulatory requirements, especially as it relates to the use of customer information and systems tracking
• Collaborate internally with project manager, project team members and other internal partners (ops, sales, customer success) on aspects of customer targeting, outreach, tracking, documenting and/or reporting
• Follow required processes and procedures including CRM systems documentation
• Leverage approved copy and customer-facing communications, ensuring alignment with all methods, models, branding and tone of voice
•Take a proactive approach to surfacing issues, errors and/or potential risks with project manager or line manager
• Track and report on key metrics
Basic Qualifications:
• 2+ years’ experience in a customer-facing support, sales or service role (e.g., customer success, sales, technical support, product support) within a technology, SaaS or similar industry.
• Experience working within a project or cross-functional team
• Strong organization, time management and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
• Proven experience in customer success or SaaS (software as a service) customer support
• Excellent general computer, CRM and MS Office skills
• Ability to coordinate tasks, schedules and deadlines within fast-paced project environment
• Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision
