Our dynamic and growing team is seeking a Director, Strategic Operations to lead and support a dynamic team of mobility service technicians and support a diverse customer base. As a member of our management team, you will be responsible for optimizing and managing our North America corporate fleet operations. You will play a pivotal role for coaching and developing people, driving performance and results. The Director, Strategic Operations will, develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational effectiveness and overall efficiency.

THE JOB:
● Develop and drive a customer-focused, performance-driven culture within your team, leveraging your teams’ strengths and implementing systems, and coaching knowledge gaps to deepen relationships and drive profitable growth.

● Drive accountability throughout the corporate team ensuring goals are met on a consistent and timely basis, ensuring consistency of message and implementation of expectations.
● Lead planning and reporting activities within the Business Unit; inclusive of setting goals, providing coaching, and identifying trends key business trends to ensure revenue targets and financial goals are met and or exceeded.
● Strengthening our brand equity by ensuring that our strategy is aligned with our values, purpose, consumer promise, and the company’s long-term objectives.
· Provide strategic leadership in diagnosing business issues and creating solutions that support corporate strategies and local market strategies.
· Play a key role in defining organizational goals, objectives, financial targets, and key priorities to drive demand generation.
· Create, develop, and execute the 3-year strategic and annual operating plan to drive synergies, sales, and profits.
· Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
· Work with Management to aid in their established performance metrics and KPIs for each region and MBS. Regularly assess van performance, and review key performance indicators (KPIs)
Preference will be given to applicants with:
● Bachelors Degree in Business, Organizational Behavior or Management
● 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in retail industry, or a related field.
● MBA considered an asset
● Progressively responsible management experience in retail operations or customer-facing equivalent; previous multi-unit management preferred.
● Set a clear vision, align your team around common objectives, and foster commitment to these objectives.
● Experience leading through change, including process improvement and personnel management.
● Creation and management of KPIs and their implementation.
● Strong business acumen and people leadership.
