- Conduct data analysis, mapping, and validation to support business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data workflows and processes.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for data-related projects.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
- Strong expertise in data analysis, data mapping, and SQL.
- Experience working with data warehouses, ETL processes, and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
