We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and optimizing the daily performance of our key partners. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that targets are met, analyze performance data, and identify opportunities for improvement. This role requires a strong understanding of product workflows, demand forecasting, and excellent analytical skills, including familiarity with resource allocation algorithms like round-robin.
Responsibilities:
- Target Management: Establish, monitor, and manage daily performance targets for various partners, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Performance: Analyze partner performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve performance and meet targets.
- Demand Forecasting: Contribute to demand forecasting processes by analyzing historical data and market trends to predict future demand on a daily basis.
- Requirement Gathering: Gather and document business requirements for new initiatives and improvements related to partner performance management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and technology, to ensure target fulfillment.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using data visualization tools to communicate performance insights to stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Identify and recommend process improvements to optimize partner performance management, including the application of appropriate resource allocation algorithms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Product Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience as a Business or Product Analyst is an asset although not mandatory.
- Experience analyzing lead generation campaigns and related metrics such as pre/post scrub leads, conversions and scrub rate. Understanding of call center performance metrics and best practices for optimization.
- Strong understanding of product workflows and demand forecasting principles.
- Familiarity with rate comparison platforms and resource allocation algorithms, such as round-robin, and their application in business contexts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL (nice to have), reporting tools such as Power BI/Looker
- Mortgage Industry knowledge (nice to have): Understanding of mortgage products (fixed/variable rates), lending practices, regulations and market trends.
