We are seeking a Product Designer with a strong research mindset to join our Product Design team. The ideal candidate will be creative and collaborative while also having the curiosity to understand user expectations and translate insights into new experiences for our users. You will also lead and execute research initiatives across our products and the markets where we operate in or plan to explore.
What will you do?
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and other teams
- Solve complex problems and create seamless and visually compelling experiences
- Process data from multiple sources: internal stakeholders, existing research, data, insights, and market analysis, to inform design directions and solutions
- Conduct the design process and deliver required artifacts such as user flows, wireframes, UI designs, prototypes, and more
- Conduct UX research, user testing, and data analysis to understand customer experiences, expectations, pain points, and behaviours
- Communicate research findings, recommendations, and design solutions across the company to drive alignment and impact.
What we are looking for:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, and UX Researcher
- Portfolio showcasing designed products and design-related education
- Strong expertise in UX and research, with familiarity across the design process
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods and tools, selecting the right approach based on problem and context
- Experience working in an agile environment with Engineers and Product Managers in sprints
- Experience with payments and/or e-commerce is desirable
- Experience or interest in iGaming (Sports Betting, Poker, etc.) and Crypto is a plus
- Proficient in industry-standard design and product team software
