Job Description
As a Quality Lead, you will support the Quality function by overseeing the review and producing QC reports, documents, investigation activities, and the resolution of any concerns. Working under general supervision, you will prepare decisions, reports, summaries, and recommendations, which will be reviewed by senior personnel. In this role, you will apply your developed skills to ensure effective quality control processes and maintain high standards in all Quality activities.
What would you be doing?
- Administers Quality Management Systems, ensuring alignment with QHSE/QA/QC policies, best practices, and corporate values.
- Maintains quality documentation, reviews regulatory data submissions, and verifies compliance or addresses non-conformance.
- Prepares QC packages for field craft and prepares final turnover packages to client.
- Develops and implements programs to reduce incidents and risks, ensuring effective risk management plans.

Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and deadlines, with professional customer service abilities.
- Education: CWB Level 2.
- Experience: 2–5 years of direct Quality Control experience.
- Competencies include, relationship building, change management, accountability, and ensuring safety in diverse environments.
