Western Canada (BC and the Prairies)
Pinchin has an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join the Business Development Group (BD) as a Marketing Coordinator for Western Canada, at the Richmond, BC location.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role supports the coordination and delivery of Pinchin’s marketing and client development activities.
A Day in the life of a Marketing Coordinator at Pinchin:
Marketing
- Identify and execute all regional thought leadership industry/association initiatives, such as association renewals, tradeshows, conferences, sponsorships and speaking engagements.
- Identify and support all regional (BC and Prairies) internal BD events such as client socials, complimentary sessions (webinars), and paid training (courses).
- Support Corporate and Regional branding initiatives.
- Support regional digital marketing collateral updates.
- Support online social media platforms with regional content.
- Assist with regional team presentation updates.
- Assist with regional market research on a limited basis.
- Support the regional proposal team as required.
- Other regional marketing tasks as required.
What You Bring To The Pinchin Team
- Business Administration or Marketing Degree or Diploma, or equivalent.
- Previous work experience in a marketing or related role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills (interpersonal, written, verbal, presentation).
- Excellent organization skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Able to multi-task and work collaboratively with others.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Share Point, Canva) and internet platforms.
- Understanding of the environmental/engineering consulting industry would be considered an asset
