At the end of the day, despite having all these tools, sellers continue to make avoidable wrong decisions and lose deals because they lack the guidance to know how to push deals forward.

️ Your Role
We're building our foundational team and looking for a senior full-stack engineer to leave their mark on Pod. You'll have direct and significant impact on the business trajectory, playing a central role in product development to building the best AI workspace for sales people.
Given how early we are, you'll have a tremendous impact on our company culture, engineering philosophy, the people we hire, and the products we ship.
Ideally, you're an entrepreneur at heart, are hungry to affect change, and have experience in advising, building, and operating SaaS businesses.
Some of the problems you'll work on solving
The problems we solve consistently evolve. If these problems sound fun and familiar, you're probably well suited for this role:
- Build an AI-first product in the sales technology space.
- Lead the architecture design of the solution across infrastructure, back-end, and front-end stacks.
- Integrate software components into a fully functional software system.
- Contribute to MLOps to deploy powerful AI models
- Collaborate with other engineers and product managers to build the best product.
- Develop software verification plans/quality assurance procedures.
- Explore new technologies and find ways to incorporate it into the product.
- Participate in the ideation, creation, and implementation of our product roadmap.
Is this you?
- 4+ years of experience in computer science or software engineering.
- Experience across the stack, particularly with: Python, TypeScript, Node.js, React.js, AWS - or are willing to learn quickly.
- The startup operator: you live by startups, have experience building products early on, and thrive in rolling up your sleeves to get sh_t done.
- Shipped full-stack products before - whether it was in your day job or outside of work.
- Velocity - You're all about shipping fast and knowing where to cut corners.
- You have a clear spike between in backend, but can contribute to frontend.
- You've worked with AI product, know MLOps, or have worked with ML engineers in the past.
- OCD - high bar for quality, attention to details, and obsessed with user experience.
- The smart one - strong problem-solver and quick to take action
- Living for the thrill - You've worked with small startup environments and love it.
