Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions.
• Provide technical expertise across pre-sales and delivery phases.
• Evaluate client requirements and align solutions with Microsoft and client offerings.
• Develop end-to-end solutions based on Dynamics 365 CE and the Microsoft stack.
• Create high-quality proposals, client presentations, and demonstrations.
• Develop solution assets/accelerators and support go-to-market activities.
• Lead delivery engagements, including planning and leading workshops.
• Work closely with Microsoft and regional leaders to support business applications growth plans.
• Conduct end-user training and create knowledge transfer documentation.
• Manage data-centric discussions and system architecture processes.
• Evaluate various data issues and analytical needs.
Requirements:
• Strong specialization in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
• Deep functional and technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules (Marketing, Sales,
Customer Service, Field Service, Project Operations, etc.).
• Proficiency in Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power
Virtual Agents).
• Experience with integration and data migration platforms.
• Familiarity with DevOps processes.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering complex and large-scale applications based on Dynamics 365 CE.
• Experience working in Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills.• Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex ideas to various stakeholders.
